Shipping Damage: If the coffee beans are damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. Please take photos of the damaged packaging and provide them to us along with a description of the issue. We will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim and arrange for a refund, exchange, or replacement.
Incorrect Orders: If you receive the incorrect coffee beans, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a refund, exchange, or replacement.
Change of Mind: If you have a change of mind and wish to return unopened coffee, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will accept returns of unopened coffee and issue a refund for the cost of the coffee, excluding shipping costs. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
